I was very active active in Anna Hazare movement against corruption I have coordinated India against corruption Hyderabad chapter after participating in the movement later I thought that there is much to do and joined full time in a voluntary organisation youth for seva.I worked for 2 years as college cordinater(Starting yfs chapters in colleges)and Zonal incharge in Hyderbad.I have engaged hundreds of youth in seva activities like volunteering in slums,govt schools,Hospitals,orphanages,Old age homes and many more.I have organised many events.I have conducted RTI Sessions worked on Lake restoration activities .I have personally filed 20 rti’s on various subjects.I was the best zonal incharge in my time in youth for seva.Afetr working for 2 years with the inspiration and knowledge I got in Youth for seva I thought of working in villages and for rural people and joined Vandemataram Foundation an Eduction based Ngo working in Mahaboobnagar district since 2007.
In Vandemataram foundation it took me 2 months to understand villages,schools,mindset of people.Vandemataram foundation works for strengthing of govt schools and community involvement.I beleive strongly that when community is involved then only the development of village starts.Then I have adopted a program Bala Sabha the concept of an educationist Sreeepathi reddy garu.Bala Sabha is a completely student student organised program in which the students are anchors,participatnts,Guests and Audience.This program will be happening in school premises every Saturday afternoon in schools where we work.through this program the student all round development will happen and develop leadership qualities from his childhood.Monthly once a grand Bala Sabha will in which all parents,villagers,Elected representatives will be invited and they will discuss about school village problems it will happen like Grama Sabha.With everyone’s participation small problems of the village will discussed and solved among themselves without the interference of govt or Ngo’s.This bala sabha has been successfully running in 50 villages in mahaboobnagar district.It is acompletely community involved program.Other than this for quality education in schools we a have 2 other concepts Logic and language.In language we encourage all students to read story books of their interest everyday 1 hour in school premises or house with this reading capability and knowledge will be improved.Logic part is about Arthematic calculations in Aser survey report it was said that 8th class student cannot recognise numbers for giving solution to this we designed test papers where daily 2 test will be conducted for students the test will be for 5 minutes.There 30 levels every level 40 tests should be conducted for student this is a continuos 1 year program after writing tests he will learn arithematic calculations naturally.These program is running in 50 govt schools in Mahaboobnagar district from 2 years and we got successful results.
